Location: Remote (United States only)
Job Type: Independent Contractor (No insurance, PTO, & benefits; candidate will be responsible for any tax and insurance)
Salary: $140,000,00 per year
TRON DAO is in search of a Crypto Policy Content Manager, to support our marketing initiatives, aligning them with our organizational goals and vision. This role is perfect for someone who is deeply engaged in the cryptocurrency and Web3 sectors, with a talent for producing insightful, technical content aimed at a developer-centric audience.
Responsibilities
❖ Create compelling, technical content such as press releases, blog posts, social media updates, email marketing pieces, and website text, tailored for a developer-focused audience.
❖ Work collaboratively with teams to develop engaging stories around collaborations, releases, updates, and community-driven projects.
❖ Conduct thorough market and audience research to ensure content is impactful and relevant.
❖ Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3, applying this knowledge to evolve our content strategies.
❖ Monitor and analyze U.S. federal and state activity related to stable coins, crypto, and financial innovation.
❖ Draft memos, issue briefs, and public-facing explainers for policymakers and ecosystem stakeholders.
❖ Ensure research outputs inform and align with DSA’s educational programs.
Qualifications
❖ At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field, with a strong preference for those with a background in the cryptocurrency sector.
❖ Proven track record of producing content that appeals to a technical, developer-oriented audience.
❖ Deep passion for and understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and Web3 technologies.
❖ Outstanding creative writing and content creation skills, capable of producing a diverse range of content.
❖ Forward-thinking and inquisitive, with the ability to spot and adapt to emerging trends swiftly.
❖ Prior experience in a dynamic, startup environment is a plus.
❖ Short video recording and creation skill is a plus.
❖ Be confident in front of camera as a plus
