We are looking for an HR Director to lead the growing HR team of ours.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.
Lead global recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, particularly in blockchain development, cybersecurity, product, and compliance.
Oversee competitive compensation strategies including crypto-based incentives and bonus
Ensure compliance with labor laws and crypto-industry-specific regulations across jurisdictions.
Implement scalable performance management systems with clear KPIs
Requirements:

More than 7 years of relevant HR experience including leadership role
Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
Experience in fintech or crypto/blockchain companies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations
