KOL Business Development (Poland) Remote, Full Time

What You’ll Do

Identify and build relationships with Poland KOLs/influencers/communities, projects and other potential partners to promote Bitget in Poland market in order to achieve user growth and trading volume growth;
As a representative of Bitget, to maintain good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation ;
Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI;
Keep abreast of local industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions.
Organize and participate in local offline events, including meetups, community gatherings, and industry activities, to support KOL collaboration and trading growth.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or above.
Based in Poland, with good understanding of the local trading and KOL ecosystem.
Fluent Polish, with strong communication skills; professional working proficiency in English.
2–5 years of experience in KOL BD, affiliate, trading growth, or related roles(background in Crypto, Fintech, or Traditional Finance is acceptable).
Hands-on experience with crypto trading (spot, derivatives, or copy trading), with a solid understanding of how crypto exchanges work.
Proven ability to drive real trading volume via KOLs or growth partnerships.
Results-driven mindset; comfortable working with clear, volume-based performance targets.
