Paris or remote (from GMT -5 up to GMT +2 to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
Mission & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Product Lead to drive Morpho’s Prime Products vertical.
You’ll work with engineering, design, data and protocol teams to set strategy, ship industry-shaping products and help Curators and Advanced Users interact with Morpho’s protocol.
To do so, you will need to develop a deep understanding of Morpho’s protocol and products, various stakeholders, the market, competitors and the wider Defi and lending industry as a whole.
Specifically, You Will
Understand Morpho’s various stakeholders, their needs and requirements,
Deeply understand the wider crypto lending space, both Centralized and Decentralized,
Execute on the product vision and strategy with a world-class engineering team,
Shape the products that Curators, Institutions and Pro users use to manage risk and exposure.
Job requirements
Must-have Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space,
Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs…),
Understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi,
Experience working with large institutions, funds or capital allocators in Defi or Finance,
Experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products,
Exceptional organization and communication skills,
Low-ego, high-ownership mindset.
