P2P and Fiat Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of P2P and fiat marketing campaigns across global markets.
Own and manage campaign trackers with 100% accuracy and accountability.
Collaborate closely with BD, design, and content teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
Analyze campaign results to extract actionable insights and drive ongoing improvements.
Design, test, and optimize campaigns based on performance data, user behavior, and channel efficiency.
Constantly explore new content formats, messaging strategies, and user acquisition channels.
Benchmark competitors and implement innovative marketing ideas tailored to regional dynamics.
Develop and execute localized strategies for fiat markets such as LATAM, MENA, CIS, and SEA.
Ensure campaign materials are localized and aligned through coordination with regional BD teams.
Maintain accuracy and cultural relevance with structured reviews and standardized pre-launch checklists.
Requirements
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in crypto or Web3 marketing.
Minimum 3 years of overall marketing experience, with a strong track record in global or regional campaign execution.
Solid skills in data analysis, with the ability to turn performance metrics into actionable marketing plans.
Creative, curious, and unafraid to challenge the status quo or test new approaches.
Experience working in international or multicultural teams is highly desirable.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; capable of handling campaigns across time zones and functions.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
