Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meet targets / deadlines
Must have excellent resume screening skills to maintain the quality of candidates
Experience with recruiting candidates on job portals such as Upwork, Indeed, LinkedIn, Hirist etc.
Preferably technical background – some understanding of technologies
Review technical jobs before posting them on job boards
Review technical resumes submitted by recruiters and ensure top quality resumes are selected
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including arranging interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and managing communication between candidates and hiring teams.
3-5 years or more work experience as a Senior Technical Recuiter

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000.00 per month
