They are looking for a Secretary to provide administrative/ secretarial support for the Business Development Manager with administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic educational setting. The role demands strong organization, multilingual fluency, and client-focused coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence in English and Chinese, and document management.
Coordinate lesson bookings, tutor assignments, and program logistics, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
Respond to parent inquiries, recommending suitable courses and tutors.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Arrange travel, events, and workshops to support department goals.
Handle ad hoc tasks and urgent communications, including occasional after-hours responses.
Qualifications
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools; CRM experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior education or administrative experience preferred; knowledge of UK school system is a bonus.
Flexible to work weekends and respond to urgent inquiries as needed.
