Job Description

BITFUFU is expanding its global compute power and mining services business.

We are hiring Business Development Managers and Directors with experience in mining, compute power, infrastructure, or related B2B industries.

This role focuses on real deal-making and delivery, not purely financial or marketing-driven sales.

Work Location

Remote – Singapore / Hong Kong / USA / UAE

Responsibilities

Develop institutional and professional clients in mining and compute power sectors
Structure and close B2B deals in collaboration with operations, finance, and legal
Support pricing, contract structuring, and delivery feasibility
Drive revenue growth in a highly operational and asset-intensive business

Requirements

B2B business development experience
Infrastructure, hardware, energy, or mining-related background preferred
Strong execution and coordination skills
Chinese (Mandarin) required; English proficiency
Title adjusted based on experience (Manager / Director)

Preferred Backgrounds

Mining hardware manufacturers
Mining farms, hosting or colocation providers
Compute power or cloud mining platforms
Data centers, energy, power, or infrastructure companies
