Job responsibilities:
Conduct extensive research and utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for multiple roles and functions.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
Assist with administrative tasks to the team.
Perform ad-hoc TA-related duties as assigned by team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within finance, crypto, or tech environments.
Strong interest in recruitment and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
