What you’ll do
Take full ownership of product growth, crafting and implementing effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement enhancement.
Analyze platform performance data to continuously refine and optimize growth strategies for maximum impact.
Conduct user research to uncover needs, preferences, and opportunities, driving user growth, improving conversion rates, and boosting user loyalty.
Lead product updates and develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with global brand, social, community, and performance marketing teams, managing full-funnel marketing operations.
Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities for product expansion.
Address operational challenges and provide insightful feedback to the product manager throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience based on feedback and periodic data analysis.
What you’ll need
Experience: 8+ years in product operations, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and user acquisition journey.
Skills: Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Languages: Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and self-drive.
