Product Manager – Payment Full Time

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Payment Product Manager to lead the design of Bitget Wallet’s PayFi business. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the PayFi product roadmap, driving product launch, user growth, and market expansion.
What you’ll do
Develop and implement feature plans for the payment product, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement.
Gain a deep understanding of user requirements, formulate product strategies to address pain points, and enhance user experience.
Collaborate closely with technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development that meets quality standards.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Monitor industry trends and competitors, providing recommendations to maintain the product’s competitive edge.
What you’ll need
At least 3 years in product management, with a focus on payment products (cross-border remittances and payment solutions preferred). Experience in the Web3 sector is a plus.
Possess keen market awareness and the ability to swiftly respond to industry changes with appropriate strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively coordinate and drive project implementation.
Strong English communication and writing skills are preferred.

任职要求
至少3年产品相关经验，3年支付经验（跨境汇款，支付类产品优先），具有Web3经验优先；
具备敏锐的市场洞察力，能快速响应行业变化并制定相应策略。
出色的沟通和协作能力，能够协调推动项目落地。
英语沟通及读写能力佳者优先；
