We are looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator who is passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences and enabling employees to grow, perform, and succeed. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how learning is delivered across the organization by optimizing training technologies, supporting compliance initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee learning experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, operations, and people support in a fast-paced global environment. You will partner cross-functionally to manage LMS operations, troubleshoot user and system issues, maintain e-learning content, generate meaningful reporting, and continuously improve workflows and system functionality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) including troubleshooting and fixing user issues.
Develops and documents processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of the system.
Provides training and appropriate system access for additional administrator.
Develops reports and queries that are concise, intuitive, and actionable for organizational users.
Works with education staff, regulatory, and subject matter experts to create and manage system-level learning assignments.
Manages the input of non-employee records to maintain the business automation rules of lessons assigned in conjunction with compliance protocols of state and federal auditors.
Communicates with LMS vendor to ensure system accessibility and technical standards.
Utilizes e-learning content authoring software (i.e., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) to design, develop, update and/or customize learning content on various topics intended for use by clinical and non-clinical employees.
Tests all changes to the LMS, posts and test e-Learning modules, ensures accurate audience assignment and assessment scoring.
Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves problems with course design, LMS configuration and infrastructure.
Oversees the installation of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated within the learning management system.
Compiles and communicates performance metrics for online and classroom training courses to measure training effectiveness.
Supports the administration of the company performance management systems and processes.
Makes recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
What we’re looking for:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Experience
Managed and maintained Learning Management Systems (LMS), including troubleshooting technical issues, testing system updates, and supporting end users.
Developed reports, monitored training metrics, and maintained accurate compliance and assessment records for organizational and regulatory requirements.
Created and managed e-learning content using tools preferred.
Collaborated with subject matter experts, and vendors to improve workflows, manage learning assignments, and enhance user experience.
Documented processes and policies provided administrator training, and supported system upgrades and performance management initiatives.
Skills & Capabilities
Experienced in Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including troubleshooting, user support, system testing, and course management.
Skilled in developing reports, analyzing training data, and maintaining compliance-related records and processes.
Proficient with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to create and manage online training content.
Strong background in process documentation, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors, educators, and subject matter experts.
Demonstrated ability to manage system upgrades, support performance management processes, and deliver effective end-user training and technical support.
Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, improving workflows, and enhancing user experience through effective training technologies and performance management support.
