About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business to own a significant business unit. This is a revenue-first, execution-obsessed leadership mandate requiring sharp strategic vision, deep operational discipline, and exceptional team building. The core focus is on driving high-velocity growth and building a scalable, high-performing team. While some sales or partnership experience is needed, success will be primarily measured by your ability to generate revenue, manage budgets, and scale the business.
You will be mining through these tasks (The Revenue Mandate)
Your success is defined by maximizing business velocity and financial efficiency across high-growth segments:
Core Revenue Ownership: Develop and execute the business strategy to ensure aggressive Net Revenue targets and margin goals are met across core trading products (e.g., spot, futures, and derivatives-related streams).
Budget Management: Own and manage the budget and resource allocation for the business unit, ensuring optimal efficiency and clear ROI across all growth initiatives.
Institutional & High-Value Flow: Architect strategies to capture and grow revenue from high-volume institutional clients, sophisticated advisory partners, and algorithmic trading firms. Drive growth in Assets Under Management/Custody and related financial outcomes.
High-Value Client & Partner Strategy: Architect the strategy and lead the acquisition & retention initiatives for high-net-worth/VIP clients and institutional partners. Your mandate is to maximize profitable transaction volume and net revenue contribution through strategic channel development and scalable systems.
Strategic Alignment: Lead strategic Roadmap Creation (converting user needs to business requirements) and ensure tight alignment with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams for flawless execution.
Org Building: Recruit, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, building the structure necessary to support rapid, scalable revenue growth.

You are an unwavering leader and a structured, execution-obsessed individual who brings order to chaos.
Experience & Education: You bring 15 – 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a revenue ownership and strategic budget management role in a scaled business. You must have an MBA or BTech/BE from a Premium College (Tier 1 Institution). Experience from Fintech or Trading companies is not mandatory but earns you brownie points.
Mandatory Expertise: Proven success in driving large-scale revenue, managing business budgets, and strong People Management/Org Building capabilities. While some exposure to Sales & Partnership is necessary, the critical expertise lies in the ability to drive revenue and scale the team/organization.
Cross-Functional Depth: Possess deep cross-functional depth, particularly in driving revenue growth through collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Growth Mindset: You must possess an unrelenting hunger to grow and learn in the domains of VDAs and Trading, demonstrating a strong commitment to quickly mastering this landscape.
Good to Have: Exposure to Marketing budgets and channel understanding, with a track record of collaborating with Marketing leadership to maximize commercial outcomes and financial ROI.
