You need to be a HODLer of these
1–3 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing consumer tech organization
Expertise non-tech hiring domains (Fintech exp preferred)
Experience managing business stakeholders
Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong screening, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven ability to deliver results within defined timelines
Effective collaboration and consistent communication within the team
You will be mining through these tasks
Partner regularly with the Talent Acquisition team, key business stakeholders, and HRBPs to close hiring requirements across non-tech roles, levels, and business units
Ideate, implement, and execute best-in-class sourcing, screening, and interviewing initiatives to attract top talent to CoinDCX
Follow recruitment processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements and industry best practices, while tracking key metrics (Hiring TAT, Quality of Hire, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles
Drive employer branding initiatives to position CoinDCX as a preferred employer
