About the Role:
We are looking for a Director – Admin & Facilities to own one of the foundationally important part of the company: How employees experience CoinDCX every day.
At CoinDCX, employee experience is not driven by perks or events alone.
It’s shaped every day by how reliably the workplace works be it offices, safety, hygiene, employee engagement, vendors, budgets, and the thousands of small details employees shouldn’t have to worry about.
This role sits right in the middle of employee experience, operations, and cost discipline.
You will run admin and facilities end-to-end, and work closely with Employer Branding and HR to turn employee feedback and engagement plans into meaningful employee experiences.
This role will report to the Head of HR and operate with high independence.
Success in this role will be:
Employees trust the basics
Engagement initiatives are delivered reliably and have high value
Leadership has to step in only to appreciate the great work the team is delivering predictably
What You’ll Do:
1. Employee Experience Enablement (Core Ownership)
Own and manage the Employee Engagement budget, partnering closely with the Employer Branding team to ensure spend delivers employee value
Enable engagement initiatives through clean execution, be it vendors, logistics, timelines, and cost control, while Employer Branding owns narrative and design.
Regularly engage with employees across locations to understand workplace friction points and experience gaps.
Convert employee signals into practical and scalable improvements (not one-off activities)
2. End-to-End Admin & Facilities Operations
Own day-to-day admin and facilities across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Indore for an employee base of 600+. This includes:
Workplace operations: offices, pantry, security, hygiene, and on-ground staff across locations.
Employee logistics: travel, stay, night-shift cabs, parking, and safety-related arrangements.
3. Cost Discipline & Vendor Management
Own vendor selection, contracts, SLAs, renewals, and performance.
Run operations with strong commercial discipline and continuously eliminate inefficiencies.
4. Business Partnering
Partner with internal teams to support business needs in a practical and financially disciplined manner
5. Compliance & Risk Hygiene
Ensure statutory, facilities, and admin compliance with audit readiness at all times.
6. Team Leadership
Lead and structure the existing high-performing 3-member admin team, setting clear ownership, cadence, and standards.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have:
Are a hands-on operator who enjoys running day-to-day operations cleanly and reliably.
Can manage admin and facilities with minimal supervision and strong ownership.
Are comfortable making judgment calls and pushing back on unreasonable or low-value asks
Care about cost discipline and don’t confuse spending more with doing better.
Like listening to employees, spotting patterns, and turning feedback into practical fixes.
Take pride in building systems that make problems disappear over time.
