About the Role
This isn’t a typical Associate Director/Senior Manager – HRBP role.
Here you will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how HR works in India, a type of work few roles offer. This role is a fine balance of business partnering, manager advisory, org change agent & employee champion.
What You’ll Do
Lead HR business partnering for the tech team at CoinDCX, drive insights from the function to drive organisation level people programs and interventions
Be the trusted advisor to senior leadership, equipping them with employee pulse & decision making guidance
Drive a culture of data & reporting, by ensuring we build the right framework that highlights key people metrics
Coach people managers on team management & help managers build a performance first culture in the team
Work deeply with other HR functions like TA, ops & talent to deliver a superior employee experience
Own employee communication charter to build greater transparency, use targeted interventions at team, function and cross functional levels
Foster an employee-first culture by empathetically listening to employee grievances, facilitate redressal & exceptions (as required)

You are on track on the additional projects taken & actively contributing to central initiatives
