You will be mining through these tasks

On-Page SEO:

Lead comprehensive keyword research initiatives.
Drive optimization of meta tags, headings, and content structure.
Spearhead website architecture enhancements for optimal navigation.
Develop and execute advanced internal linking strategies.
Oversee initiatives to improve website speed and mobile responsiveness.
Direct ongoing content and SEO audits.
Should be able to create & execute content strategy.
Tech SEO:

Provide expert guidance on technical SEO during development phases.
Lead identification and resolution of complex technical issues.
Leverage advanced knowledge of Next JS and WordPress platforms.
Innovative suggestions which results in better user experience for website
Direct and oversee website migration projects.
Off-Page SEO Strategy:

Initiate off-page SEO activities and build a team to scale efforts on Reddit, Quora, and external crypto forums to funnel healthy referral organic traffic into the system
ASO:

Lead in-depth keyword research efforts for app store optimization.
Oversee app review and rating management strategies.
Analyze app store analytics to inform optimization strategies.
Spearhead efforts to maximize app downloads and retention rates.
Strategic Content Oversight:

Provide strategic direction aligning content initiatives with SEO objectives.
Foster creation of high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels.
Lead development of a comprehensive content calendar.
Direct content audits and gap analyses to inform strategy refinement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to produce multimedia content.
Weekly/Monthly reporting and creation of SEO plan of action
Lead performance measurement efforts, driving continuous strategy refinement.

You need to be a HODLer of these:

3-5 years of experience in SEO/Organic Growth
Excellent communication & organizational skills: strong verbal and written communicator, a great partner to engineers and other teams, and able to execute projects independently.
Strong independent strategic thinker who is creative, analytical, and results-driven with a strong bias for action.
Enthusiastic about driving user acquisition via organic marketing
Enthusiastic about building next-gen crypto platform from India
Ability to work with multiple agencies, freelancers & internal teams
Should have spent minimum 2 years at both agency and brand side
Should be an expert in Google GA4, Google Search Console, Play Console, App Store Connect, SEMRush, AppTweak & Youtube Analytics
