You need to be a HODLer of these

8-12 years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years specifically in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating a track record of driving significant organic growth.
Must have prior, hands-on experience of at least 3+ years in the equity brokerage or fintech sector, bringing a nuanced understanding of the industry’s regulatory environment, user behavior, unique terminology, and competitive landscape.
Technical Skills:
Deep Expertise in Technical SEO: Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical SEO issues on large-scale websites, including advanced site architecture, crawl budget optimization, indexability, core web vitals, structured data (schema markup), and international SEO considerations.
Strategic Mastery of Content Strategy & SEO Writing: Extensive experience in developing data-driven content strategies that resonate with target audiences, understanding search intent across the user funnel, and guiding the creation of high-quality, authoritative, and SEO-optimized content that drives both rankings and conversions.
Advanced Proficiency with SEO Tools and Analytics: Expert-level command of industry-standard and advanced SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Clearscope, Looker Studio/Tableau) for in-depth analysis, performance forecasting, detailed reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
Behavioral Skills:
Exceptional Strategic Planning & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to not only develop long-term, visionary SEO roadmaps but also to translate complex business goals into precise, actionable SEO initiatives, taking full end-to-end ownership of results and accountability from conceptualization to successful execution.
Superior Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence: Proven experience working effectively and influentially with diverse, senior-level teams including product managers, engineering leads, content strategists, and marketing directors to seamlessly integrate SEO into broader company initiatives, fostering a shared understanding and commitment to organic growth.

Achieve and maintain dominant Page 1 search rankings for critical, high-value keywords, leveraging in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Optimize for and significantly grow high-intent sign-ups directly attributable to SEO efforts, implementing advanced conversion-focused SEO techniques and user journey optimization.
Architect and lead a sophisticated backlink acquisition strategy, identifying high-authority opportunities and overseeing outreach efforts to build an unparalleled and authoritative backlink profile that truly differentiates us.
Champion SEO best practices and innovation across the entire organization, educating and collaborating with content, product, engineering, and marketing teams to embed SEO deeply into our product development and content creation lifecycles.
Mentor, manage, and scale a high-performing team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, strategic thinking, and delivering exceptional results.
