We are looking for an Assistant L&D Manager to be a part of our growing team.

This person will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our employees are equipped to thrive in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
Also responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic learning initiatives that align with the company’s goals
Responsibilities:
Design and execute a scalable L&D strategy aligned with the company’s growth and product roadmap.
Launch and manage technical upskilling programs related to blockchain, crypto trading, DeFi, cybersecurity, and financial regulations.
Develop engaging learning content (microlearning, eLearning, live sessions, etc.) tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage Learning Management System and other L&D tools.
Foster a learning culture across the organization.
Requirements:
CEX experience is a must
Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
5+ years of experience in L&D, preferably in a tech or fintech environment.
Proven experience developing technical training programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Understanding of crypto, blockchain, or willingness to learn quickly.
