We are currently looking for an Event Franchise Team Lead (remote work).
Responsibilities
Develop and plan event and exhibition merchandise in line with brand positioning and event needs, enhancing user experience and brand visibility.
Oversee the full process of prototyping, production, and quality control to ensure timely delivery and consistent product quality.
Manage domestic and international transportation and warehousing to guarantee safe, on-time delivery of materials to event sites.
Source, develop, and maintain supplier relationships, handling price negotiations and quality management to balance cost and quality.
Design cost-effective plans within the event budget, achieving optimal cost management and maximum impact.
Work closely with marketing, branding, and regional teams to ensure merchandise aligns with overall event rhythm and objectives.
Requirements
Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
Experience in event merchandise, gifts, or related material projects, with solid knowledge of production and logistics processes.
Strong supplier resources, capable of controlling costs while ensuring quality.
Excellent project management and execution skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously。
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure.
