JOB DESCRIPTION – Senior Accounts Manager (QUALIFICATION – CA & CA) – Salary Up to 11 LPA
Accounting Activities

Ensure the Compliance of Financial Accounts with Indian Companies Act and Indian Income Tax Act as handled Invoicing and Accounts of four Entities under Top IPS.

Conduct Tax Audit u/s 44AB of IT Act, 1961. Contributed in Statutory Audits and Tax Audits.

Handling of GST, Service tax Matter, Service Tax Calculation, Making payments & E- Filing of Returns as per due date.

Making payment of TDS, E- Filing of TDS Returns, resolving TDS Default Statement & revised E- Filing TDS return.

VAT Calculation, making payment & E- Filing of Returns. Fixed Assets Verification of Govt & Pvt Co. Maintained Fixed Assets Register & Excel File to verify its Depreciated Value as per market Scenario.

Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement & Ledger Scrutinizing.

Prepared Aging reports of Debtors and Creditors and fix discrepancies if any Debtors / Creditors ledger reconciliation. Daily Debtors & Creditors balances & Day to Day Accounting.

Maintenance of Inventory & Daily Accounts records and based on that Purchase & Inventory Entries are passed in Tally.

Follow up with Teams for the discrepancies of breaks identified.

Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and closing reports Prepare Revenue and Expense reports, Analyze the trend and report to Manager.

Responsible for detailed MIS and trend analysis of open items and aging items.

Prepare Salary Register and doing Payment of Statutory compliances like Provident Fund, Professional Tax & Employee State Insurance Commission.

Part of the team responsible for strategizing the fund raising, Customer & Vendors Management.

Handle Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable related activities.

Finance Activities

Preparation of Financial Model for the projects

Finalization of accounts including balance sheet,

Budgetary Management & Control,

Dealing with Statutory Auditors,

Project Finance,

Fund Management,

Review & Consolidation of Accounts,

MIS,

Detail Project Report (DPR),

Obtain Approvals for Projects from Banks,

Taxation, Cost Accounting,

Managing International Projects Finance & Budget,

Dealing with banks for Hedging, LCs, Bank guarantees, project financing, etc.

Desired Candidate

5-8 Years work experience, Experience in System Integration / IT Company will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical background, with a hands-on experience of financial modelling
Proven experience of executing transactions and managing assets
Ability to lead end to end execution of new projects
Stakeholder relationship management
Extreme proficiency in MS Excel including ease of building complex financial models
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in valuation concepts
Experience of structured complex deals is an added advantage
