In India, there are 7 centers: 3 in Jaipur, 2 in Indore, 1 in Gurgaon and 1 in Mohali.
Our client is a BPO company, hence the major hiring requirements are of agent staff.Usually, and the hiring count is around 1000 to 2000 candidates every month for all 7 sites which includes hiring for Domestic, Premium Domestic and International Accounts.
The hiring process is quite simple: There are 2 rounds of interview: HR Round & Ops Round.
Both the interviews are carried on over the phone and once the candidate is shortlisted, offer letter is released for the same on mail.
Hiring is done at Pan India level. There are major expansion plans for our clients centers in Indore and Jaipur, hence, are contently hiring for the same.

Any Fresher/Experienced with Minimum 6 months BPO Technical Support Process
Any Educational Background with Minimum 6 Months of Technical BPO Experience
Any Graduate/UG Dropout with Minimum 6 Months of Experience in Int. Technical Support
Graduate Fresher or under Graduates with 6 to 8 months of international BPO technical/Customer support experience
Graduate in any stream/Undergraduate (Correspondence)
Good English Communication skills (Spoken/Written) & decent technical skills
B.E/B.Tech or BCA

Responsibilities and Duties
To provide world class service to all small business customers in a customer centric environment.
Successfully resolve complex customer e-mail and telephone inquiries through the use of multiple tools.
Assisting customers with inquiries while providing consultative support and recommendations.
Document in detail all interactions with customers.
Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non technical customers.
Educate customers on products. Help customers to be successful.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the up/cross selling products and services.
Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality Assurance, First Resolution, and Customer Satisfaction Rating.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
A “Technical Support” must have –
Excellent in communication – Written and Oral, Good in Basic Computers Technical Troubleshooting
Comfortable with 24*7 Rotational Night Shifts and Rotational Offs
Excellent English communication Skills
Sound Technical Knowledge of operating Systems
Basic knowledge of IP Adress, Java & e-commerce
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite, include Excel
Good Customer service
2018 Btech Passouts will not be considered on 2017 and before that are considered
Relocation bonus of Rs.5, 000-Rs 10,000 to outstation candidates joining in International accounts.
