BDE & BDM for Domestic/ Lead generation – Noida

· Co-ordinating with clients.
· Getting requirements from clients.
· Follow ups with Clients.
· Understanding the requirements.
· Acting as SPOC.
· Getting feedback from clients.
· Final negotiations and Job offerings.

· Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
· Strong People Management, Influencing & Negotiation Skills
· Very good understanding of Recruitment / Staffing
· Experience in Business Development & Account Manage
