1)Candidate will be responsible for staffing new talent for Information Technology requisitions and maintain business relationships with candidates, partners and clients
2)Source profiles, screen and identify qualified IT resources for current and future requirements
3)Negotiate pay rates and other contractual terms with candidates
4)Candidates will be assigned individual targets
5)Maintain good relationships with candidates and increase business opportunities for the company
6)Regular follow up with the respective reporting managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
7)Schedule job interviews and interaction with Account Managers to ensure closure
8)Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization
9)To ensure recruitment SLAs are met as mutually agreed with reporting managers and other key stakeholders
10)Will be reporting to delivery Manager/Resource Managers
11)Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (MANDATORY)
12)Self-motivated with proven track record and ability to handle multiple tasks
13)Must be able to effectively negotiate.

15)Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
16)To understand IT requirements of clients IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants
17)Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame
18)Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
19)Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
20)Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching the consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
21)Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
