We are hiring for one of the leading startup in Hospitality Industry. They are a one year old company and is growing their Hostels for students in Delhi NCR, Noida and Greater Noida.

We are looking for a highly motivated Residence Captain who will be the face of our clients hostels for students and own the end-to-end responsibility in relation to day-to-day operations management in his/her allocated residence. Great opportunity to come on-board and shape the core differentiator at our clients hostels i.e. Customer Experience
Understand the requirement of customers that include students residing at Hostel, as well as their parents with utmost empathy and sincerity
Oversee the delivery of various services including food, hospitality, internet, laundry and security; to drive maximum customer satisfaction
Monitor processes and improve service quality provided by different partners to ensure internal service level targets are met
Create reports on day-to-day operational activities and use data to drive insights.
Handle all customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all student issues are resolved, including but not limited to, communicating with the student in parallel to ensure resolution. Manage responses to escalations
Own responsibility of the costs of operations at the residence level to drive overall profitability of the residence
Use technology to drive greater efficiency in operations
Take up new initiatives and other projects or responsibilities as required by the corporate office on an ongoing basis
Good communication skills; needs to be able to understand customer requirements and at the same time articulate this to partners and team members
Problem solving attitude; needs to be able to prioritise resolution of day-to-day issues at his/her residence.
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Ability to handle a mixed group of employees & engage them in active learning
Thorough knowledge of quality assurance and standards
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques and processes
Comfortable working in a hands-on manner in a fast-paced start-up environment
Keen focus on high quality delivery of service while retaining strict control of budgets

Salary: ₹23,000.00 /month
