POSITION TITLE: Assistant Manager Sales – Test &
Measurement Solutions

REPORTING TO: Senior Manager – Sales
Responsibilities and Duties
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION:
The Candidate will be responsible for Selling Test & Measuring Equipment and Solutions related to Fiber Optics/ 2G/
3G/ LTE Communications, RF/Microwave, Avionics and Scientific Laboratories to Telecom Operators, Network
Installation and Maintenance Companies, Aircraft Maintenance Companies, Universities, Education Institutes,
Electricity & Water Utilities, Oil & Gas Companies, Infrastructure Developers, EPC Contractors, Defense,
Transportation and other Government Entities by performing the following tasks:
• Achieve Orders, Invoicing, Margins and Collections as per the Budget/KRA.
• Add new Customers, Principals and Products related to T&Mdomain
• Build sustainable relationships with Customers and Principals
• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and periodic review with Sr. Sales Manager
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION (for the candidate)
PREFERRED AGE: 30 – 34 years GENDER: Male NATIONALITY: Indian
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: B E / B T e c h Engineer, preferably Electronics or Telecommunications. MBA will be an
added advantage.
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 10 -12 years
DESIRED SKILLS TO PERFORM THE TASKS/PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
The Candidate should have performed activities specified under the above Job Description,
working for T&M Manufacturers or Distributors or Systems Integrators or Trading Companies of
high repute.
While T&M Sales experience is mandatory, preference will be given to the Candidate with
additional experience of sourcing, identification of new T&M products and negotiation with global
T&M manufacturers.
Should be technically and commercially strong in T&M products. Continual trainings will be
provided at manufacturers’ locations.
Should have contributed numbers to sales pipeline, budgeting and forecasting leading to
achievement of sales targets.
Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded.
Team player with good communication skills.
Professional attitude and demeanor.
Ability to not just create opportunities but also close them profitably for the company.
UAE/GCC Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.

distributors of similar profile in GCC and India.
GROSS MONTHLY SALARY: AED 14,000 to 15,000(Basic+HRA+Car+Other Allowances) LEVEL: Senior
