Customer Care Representative – UK Shift (Gurgaon)
We are hiring for our reputed client from Insurance and Finance Industry, with business in UK and Europe, for the position of Customer Care Representative, Gurgaon, Location
Responsibilities and Duties
About the role: It’s a customer services process which requires helping Car insurance customers on phones. It goes without saying that your phone manner is first rate, and that you have a positive and proactive approach when it comes to dealing with difficult circumstances. You’ll need to be an all-round communicator. If you have a call centre background, or have experience of dealing with customers, then that’s even better. You’ll gain knowledge and skills during our training program before taking to the phones to help the customers.
Job Summary: We are hiring experienced candidates, minimum 6 months experience required.
For INTERNATIONAL Calling profile, our client is not a BPO they are leading brand in UK and Europe in Care Insurance. You can be from Call Center.
Apply Key Skills: Calling, customer service, voice, support, Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.Candidate should have 6 months to 6 year of experience. Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree can also apply. Responsible for dealing with International Clients.Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries. Working hours will be night shift only. UK Shift (Any 9 hrs shift window between 2:30PM to 2:30AM India Time). If you have prior experience of customer handling or of car insurance related experience, it would be added advantage.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th pass
Key components :
Minimum 6 months to 6 years of experience
Candidate must have *excellent communication skills*
*Candidate should be residing in Delhi NCR or Gurgaon only or should be willing to relocate. The cab felicity is only up to Mayur Vihar.
* BPO Experience for only Voice Process for UK and US customers, is considered
Any BPO or KPO Voice process experience is added advantage
Customer Care, tele calling experience would be added advantage.
Voice process inbound and out bound calls
Shift Timings:UK Shift (Any 9 hrs shift window between 2:30PM to 2:30AM India Time)
Working Days: 5 Days a week with rotational offs
Salary: Minimum Fixed Salary INR 3,20,000 + Exciting Incentives + Annual Company shares of £750 + Dividend on shares
For experienced candidates salary will be as per experience.

Salary: ₹350,000.00 to ₹450,000.00 /year
