We are now seeking a results-oriented Prediction Voting Operations & User Growth Specialist to join our team, driving the growth of our prediction voting-related products and optimizing the full-lifecycle experience of prediction voting users.
Why do you do
Prediction Voting & Growth Operations
Develop and execute end-to-end user growth strategies covering the full lifecycle of prediction voting users (acquisition, activation, voting participation, retention, reactivation), with key metrics focusing on voting participation rate, completion rate, post-voting re-engagement rate, etc.
Responsible for prediction voting topic planning, hot spot linkage and in-depth interpretation (e.g., global events, crypto market trends, industry hot topics), design user-engaging voting content, campaigns and interactive mechanisms to boost user voting participation and stickiness.
Collaborate closely with the product team to drive the iteration of prediction voting-related growth functions, including voting incentive mechanisms (crypto rewards, points, rebates), voting sharing fission systems, voting result feedback mechanisms, etc., based on data insights.
Link community resources to launch prediction voting themed activities (e.g., group voting challenges, voting result debates, top voter rewards), activate community participation and enhance the influence of prediction voting products.
Prediction Voting Operations Optimization
Monitor core user metrics related to prediction voting (voting behavior path, participation rate, completion rate, post-voting conversion rate, user feedback on voting rules, etc.) based on data, conduct regular reviews and propose targeted optimization solutions for pain points (e.g., complex voting process, unclear topic orientation, inadequate incentives).
Cooperate with the product team to launch AB tests for prediction voting scenarios (e.g., voting rule adjustments, entry position optimization, incentive form iteration), verify the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and continuously improve prediction voting experience and business performance.
Why you need
3-5 years of operations experience, with hands-on experience in prediction voting product operations(including prediction voting mechanism design, voting topic planning, voting user lifecycle management, voting incentive implementation, etc.).
Solid understanding of prediction market logic, especially prediction voting product principles (voting rule design, result determination, incentive distribution, risk control), and proficiency in crypto/blockchain/DeFi models (consistent with candidate’s expertise).
In-depth insight into user demands for prediction voting, ability to quickly capture hot topics suitable for voting and translate them into operational initiatives.
Candidates with working experience in prediction platforms with core voting functions (e.g., Polymarket Voting Module, Augur Prediction Voting, Kalshi Event Voting) are preferred.
