Job Purpose
This job role is accountable to achieve assigned individual Regional Sales Matrix in KL. Develop marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans. Responsible to implement marketing strategies to fulfil current financial goals to align long term growth objectives. Shoulders execution of competitive strategies in key markets and products.

Job Requirements
Education – BSC in Chemistry, Dip. Chemical, MBA in Sales and Marketing
Relevant Experience – 12-18 years (experience of Sales and Marketing in similar Product Line)
Behavioural Skills – Negotiation Skills, Influencing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Centric Skills, Commercially Market Savvy
Knowledge – Knowledge of Present Market Demand, Knowledge of Customers, Competitors, Sound Product Knowledge, Increase Market Share, Competency to acquire new market, Knowledge of Compliances pertaining to Petrochemical Products

1.Marketing Exploration: Develop New Customers

1.1 Develop and research new market regions & areas in domestic and international geography.
1.2 Identify and attract new customers, oil Distributors, promptly act on receipt of communication.
1.3 Schedule Client Facing meet in new regions and develop new customers every fortnight.
1.4 Understand the current market demand in each product niche with desired product substitution and verification.
1.5 Attract Customers by offering cost-effective product substitution and solutions suitable to clients’ business.

1.7 Ensure to take inputs from HO Sales Coordination team on daily price movement.
1.8 Negotiate with Customers and finalise contracts as per HO Sales coordination team advice and commercial standard requirements of our organization KYC etc.

2.1. Ensure to collet KYC document from new Customer
2.2 Following the receipt of order navigate HO Sales team to coordinate with plant for order execution for required technical specification.
2.3 Ensure to provide accurate sales Planning and give directions to prioritize production to serve orders que through HO Sales Coordination Team to Plant Team.
2.4 Clarify the required order specification and technical terms through HO Sales Coordination Team to Plant Team in case required.

4.1 coordinate with Production, R&D team to develop new product as per present market demand, and brainstorm for cost-effective product substitution.
4.2 Conduct Geographical mapping of oil clients/ distributors to understand in-depth, upcoming demand; keep watch on rival companies’ endeavours.
4.3 Get registered with new prospective leads aligning their regional compliance and legal requirement.
4.4 Identify regional statutory and regulatory/Certification requirements product wise/Client wise and obtain the same to have business advancement in all pertaining regions.
4.5 Generation of new leads of other regions & territories through existing customer network and appraise HO Sales Team for further follow-up.
