What you’ll do

User Experience Optimization: Responsible for analyzing and optimizing user experience, identifying user pain points in the trading process, and improving product usability and functionality.
User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user behavior through data or surveys, discover user habits and needs, and propose targeted optimization solutions.
Product Design and Iteration: Work with designers and development teams to design and iterate trading-related functions to improve user operating efficiency.
Competitive Product Analysis: Monitor competitor product dynamics, conduct regular competitive product analysis, and make optimization suggestions.
User Feedback Processing: Collect user feedback, deeply understand user needs and problems, respond in time and promote corresponding product adjustments.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure that the optimization plan can be successfully implemented to meet user and business needs.

What you’ll need

At least 3-5 years of relevant product design and user experience optimization work experience.
Those who are familiar with blockchain technology and digital currency trading processes are preferred (including K-line functions, spot, contracts, leverage, strategies).
Communication and coordination skills: Ability to communicate effectively across teams and promote product improvements.
Agile development experience: Experience in participating in agile development projects and able to adapt to a fast-iterating work environment.
Have a deep understanding of the digital currency industry and be familiar with the operating mechanisms of major trading platforms.
Be sensitive to industry development trends and be able to foresee and understand changes in user needs.

用户体验优化：负责分析和优化用户体验，识别用户在交易流程中的痛点，提升产品的易用性和功能性。
用户行为分析：通过数据或者调研分析用户行为，发现用户习惯和需求，提出针对性的优化方案。
产品设计与迭代：与设计师和开发团队合作，设计并迭代交易相关的功能，提高用户的操作效率。
竞品分析：监控竞争对手的产品动态，进行定期的竞品分析，并提出优化建议。
用户反馈处理：收集用户反馈，深入了解用户需求和问题，及时响应并推动相应的产品调整。
协作与沟通：与跨部门团队密切合作，确保优化方案能够顺利落地，满足用户和业务需求。

任职要求：

至少3-5年相关产品设计、用户体验优化的工作经验。
熟悉区块链技术及数字货币交易流程者优先（含K线功能、现货、合约、杠杆、策略）。
沟通协调能力：能够跨团队有效沟通，推动产品改进。
敏捷开发经验：有参与敏捷开发项目的经验，能够适应快速迭代的工作环境。
对数字货币行业有深入理解，熟悉主要交易平台的运作机制。
对行业发展趋势敏感，能够预见并理解用户需求的变化。
