What you’ll do

Formulate and implement the company’s strategic planning for financial products to ensure that product line development is in line with company goals and customer needs.
Analyze market trends and competitors, and make targeted product improvement and innovation suggestions to improve product competitiveness.
Determine the key functions and features of the product, develop a detailed product roadmap and release plan, and ensure that the product is delivered on time.
Coordinate cross-departmental teams, including design, technology, marketing and operations teams, to ensure product development progress and quality.
Manage the entire life cycle of financial products, including product launch, promotion, maintenance and elimination, and continuously optimize products.

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation.
Those with more than 5 years of experience in financial management/financial product management and familiarity with web3 exchange financial products and related businesses are preferred.
Familiar with the financial market and product development process, and understand the characteristics and market demand of financial products.
Ability to improve and optimize existing products, and restructure the underlying mechanisms of products to optimize product operations and improve product scalability.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in product management software.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, good at cross-departmental coordination and cooperation to promote the smooth progress of projects.
Good English language skills, can be used as a working language.

协调跨部门团队，包括设计、技术、市场和运营团队，确保产品开发进度和质量。
管理理财产品的整个生命周期，包括产品上线、推广、维护和淘汰，持续优化产品。

任职要求：

金融、经济学或相关领域本科及以上学历，具备扎实的理论基础。
拥有5年以上理财/金融产品管理经验，熟悉web3交易所理财产品及相关业务者优先考虑。
熟悉金融市场和产品开发流程，了解理财产品的特点和市场需求。
具备改进和优化现有产品的能力，以及重构产品底层机制以优化产品运营并提高产品的可扩展性。
具备较强的数据分析能力和熟练运用产品管理软件的经验。
出色的团队合作和沟通能力，善于跨部门协调合作，推动项目顺利进行。
具备良好的英语语言能力，可作为工作语言。
