What you’ll do

Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall strategy of live broadcast operation of crypto exchanges, building and optimizing the live broadcast operation system.
Plan, organize and supervise various live broadcast activities, including new product launches, market analysis, hot spot interpretation, AMA (Ask Me Anything), KOL cooperation, etc.
Responsible for the establishment and management of the live broadcast team, setting team goals, training team members, and improving the professionalism of live broadcast and user service quality.
Coordinate market, product, user and other related team resources to achieve user acquisition, activation and conversion goals.
Data-driven, regularly review the live broadcast effect, analyze various operation data and put forward optimization suggestions.
Expand and maintain external KOL, anchor, community and other resources, and establish good cooperative relationships.

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree or above, marketing, new media, finance, media and other related majors are preferred.
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in live broadcast operation, those with experience in crypto, blockchain, finance, and Internet live broadcast operation team management are preferred.
Familiar with the crypto field, those with certain currency circle resources are preferred.
Practical experience in live content planning, team management, user operation, traffic promotion, etc.
Excellent communication skills, organizational coordination skills, project implementation and data analysis skills.
Strong stress resistance and self-driving ability, able to adapt to a fast-paced and fast-changing work environment.
Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English are preferred.

岗位职责：

负责制定和执行crypto交易所直播运营的整体策略，搭建并优化直播运营体系。
策划、组织并监督各类直播活动，包括新品发布、市场分析、热点解读、AMA（Ask Me Anything）、KOL合作等。
负责直播团队的搭建与管理，制定团队目标，培训团队成员，提高直播专业度及用户服务质量。
协调市场、产品、用户等相关团队资源，实现用户拉新、促活及转化目标。
数据驱动，定期复盘直播效果，分析各项运营数据并提出优化建议。
拓展及维护外部KOL、主播、社区等资源，建立良好合作关系。

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，市场营销、新媒体、金融、传媒等相关专业优先。
3年以上直播运营相关工作经验，有crypto、区块链、金融、互联网直播运营团队管理经验者优先。
熟悉crypto领域，有一定的币圈资源者优先。
具备直播内容策划、团队管理、用户运营、流量推广等实战经验。
优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力、项目落地执行能力和数据分析能力。
有较强的抗压能力和自我驱动能力，能够适应快节奏、变化快的工作环境。
具备中英文流利沟通能力优先。
