What you’ll do
Focusing on the needs of institutional customers, responsible for the research of market trends and patterns such as lending & Offexchange, and analyzing user behavior and lending needs.
Connect with external partners and institutions to follow up on the overall project progress and ensure the smooth delivery of the overall project.
Collaborate with relevant teams such as business, operations, and risk control to design core functions of lending and fund management, output PRD documents, and follow up on the full life cycle management of products.
Monitor key product indicators, iterate product logic, reduce platform risks and upgrade customer experience.
What you’ll need
More than 3 years of product work experience, more than 1 year of custody/lending and other product experience.
Familiar with the Crypto industry and other ecosystems.
Have excellent cross-team communication skills.
岗位职责：
围绕机构客户需求，负责借贷&Offexchange等市场趋势和模式研究，分析用户行为和借贷需求；
对接外部合作方和机构跟进整体项目进度，保障整体项目顺利交付；
与业务、运营、风控等相关团队联动，设计借贷和资金管理核心功能，输出prd文档，跟进产品的全生命周期管理；
监控产品关键指标，迭代产品逻辑，降低平台风险和升级客户体验。
任职要求：
3年以上产品工作经验，1年以上托管/借贷等产品经验；
熟悉Crypto行业等生态；
具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力。
