What you’ll do

On-chain data system construction, responsible for designing and building on-chain data matrix models, establishing a complete on-chain indicator system, data dictionary, etc.
On-chain address label system development. Build an on-chain address portrait label system, including entity labels, identity labels, behavioral feature labels, attribute labels, function labels, etc.
Responsible for developing rules and evaluation indicators for high-value labels such as smart money and whales.
Data governance and quality assurance. Formulate and implement on-chain data governance specifications, including data quality monitoring, life cycle management, etc.
Work with cross-functional teams to provide data support and solutions.

What you’ll need

More than 5 years of experience in big data related production environment development, familiar with data warehouse architecture, and design and development experience in data collection, job scheduling, monitoring and alarm, data governance, etc.
Familiar with Hadoop/Hbase/Hive/Maxcomputer/Dataworks/kafka/Flink/Hologres frameworks, those with experience in reading source code are preferred, and those who can use Flink are preferred.
Strong engineering ability, solid foundation, familiar with python or java.
Familiar with big data real-time and offline data ETL processing, proficient in SQL, hive and other big data analysis search engine development, and OLAP data analysis.
Have strong communication skills, logical thinking skills, data sensitivity; strong sense of responsibility, active work, good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
Familiar with blockchain and other public chains, DeFi is preferred; experience in on-chain address label calculation and analysis, experience in using Alibaba Cloud is preferred.
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, passionate about solving challenging problems, good teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility.

链上数据体系建设，负责设计并构建链上数据矩阵模型，建立完善的链上指标体系、数据字典等。
链上地址标签体系开发。构建链上地址画像标签体系，包括实体标签、身份标签、行为特征标、属性标签、功能标签等。
负责开发高价值标签如聪明钱、巨鲸等的规则与评估指标。
数据治理与质量保障。制定并实施链上数据治理规范，包括数据质量监控、生命周期管理等。
与跨职能团队合作，提供数据支持和解决方案。

任职要求：

5年以上大数据相关生产环境开发工作经验，熟悉数仓架构，有数据采集、作业调度、监控告警、数据治理等设计和开发经验。
熟悉Hadoop/Hbase/Hive/Maxcomputer/Dataworks/kafka/Flink/Hologres等框架，有阅读源码能力经验者优先,会使用Flink者优先。
工程能力强，基础扎实，熟悉掌握python或者java。
熟悉大数据实时和离线数据ETL处理， 精通SQL、hive等基于大数据分析搜索引擎开发，及OLAP数据分析 。
具备较强的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力、数据敏感度；责任心强，工作主动自驱，具有良好的职业操守和团队协作精神。
熟悉区块链等公链,DeFi者优先；链上地址标签计算与分析经验、有阿里云使用经验者优先。
优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情，良好的团队合作精神具有强烈的责任心。
