What you’ll do
Lead various operations before, during and after the launch of spot assets, and control the pace of asset launch.
Have an in-depth understanding of spot hot spots/trends, and have a high level of awareness of hot assets and sectors.
Understand mainstream spot activities, independently complete activity planning and execution, and be responsible for activity data.
Responsible for communication and coordination with external project parties during the launch of spot assets.
What you’ll need
More than 5 years of experience in operating top or second-tier exchanges.
Excellent English skills, able to communicate fluently in an English environment.
Understand data analysis, have project management capabilities, and strong work initiative.

主导现货资产上线前中后的各项运营工作，把控资产上线节奏。
深入了解现货热点/趋势，对于热点资产和板块要有较高认知。
了解主流现货活动，可独立完成活动策划并执行，为活动数据负责。
负责现货资产上线期间的对外项目方沟通协调工作。
任职要求：
5年以上头部或二线交易所运营经验。
优秀的英文能力，能够在英文环境下流畅沟通 。
懂数据分析，具备项目管理能力，强工作主动性。
