1. Subscription and Paid Services
We offer paid services including but not limited to:

Employer branding services

Resume access or premium tools
These services are typically billed in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy
For Employers:

You may cancel your subscription or job posting plan at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us at jobglobal.in@gmail.com.

Cancellations will stop future billings but do not guarantee a refund for past or current billing cycles.
For Job Seekers:

Most job seeker accounts are free.

If you have opted for any paid career services (e.g., resume highlight, premium visibility), cancellations must be requested within the applicable time window (see below).
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Service Type | Refund Eligibility |
---|---|
Job Posting Packages | Within 3 days of purchase if no job was posted |
Featured Listings | Within 2 days, only if the job was not yet featured |
Resume Access (Credits) | Refundable only if none of the credits were used |
Premium Jobseeker Services | Within 24 hours of purchase if the service was not started |
Note: Partial refunds are not provided once services are in use. Refund requests made after the eligible time window will not be honored.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Services
We do not offer refunds for:

Violations of our Terms & Conditions

Promotional discounts or limited-time offers
6. Disputes
If you believe a billing error occurred or a refund was unfairly denied, please contact us at jobglobal.in@gmail.com. We will review all disputes in good faith.
