What you’ll do
Establish a systematic framework and process for quantitative investment research; identify and select high-quality quantitative strategies.
Leverage data processing capabilities to build quantitative models for strategy screening, research, and due diligence, producing in-depth analytical reports.
Maintain and optimize strategy-based fund-of-funds (FOF) portfolios by continuously refining risk control models and analytical methodologies.
Conduct performance analysis and ongoing evaluation of quantitative products; establish a risk assessment system, perform research and interviews with quantitative institutions, analyze investment styles and performance, and provide portfolio management and trading strategy recommendations to optimize investment outcomes.
Deeply analyze key client needs and enhance customized financial product solutions on the platform to increase VIP product conversion rates.
Responsible for the design and execution of financial products and operating strategies for high-net-worth clients, ensuring alignment with their investment needs.
What you’ll need
Language Skills: Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in asset management, quantitative strategy analysis, or risk control.
Industry Background: Experience in either the digital asset (crypto) industry or traditional finance sector.
Financial Product Design: Familiar with business models and core mechanisms of quantitative strategies, options trading, and wealth management products. Candidates with hands-on experience in quantitative strategy development or strategy risk management are preferred.
Professional Competencies: Strong business acumen and resource integration capabilities, with excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
1. 岗位职责
建立量化投资研究体系与流程，研究挑选优质投资量化策略；
利用数据处理能力，建立量化模型，对投资策略进行筛选研究和尽职调查，形成分析研究报告；
维护投资策略FOF，不断优化风控模型和分析方法；
进行量化产品业绩分析与跟踪评估，建立风险评估体系，对量化机构调研和访谈交流，对投资风格和业绩进行分析，提供产品组合管理及交易策略建议，优化投资表现；
深入分析大客户需求，优化平台的定制化金融产品方案，提升VIP产品转化率。
负责针对高净值客户的金融产品设计与运营策略的策划与执行，确保产品符合高净值客户需求。
2.岗位要求
语言能力：精通中文和英文，能够进行流畅的书面和口头沟通；
工作经验：拥有5年以上资产管理、量化交易策略分析或风控的工作经验；
行业经验：数字货币行业或传统金融行业经验；
金融产品设计能力：熟悉量化交易策略、期权策略、理财等业务模型与核心机制，拥有量化策略经验、量化策略风控经验者优先；
专业能力：具备出色的业务思维与资源整合能力，优秀的跨部门沟通与协作能力。
