What you’ll do
Define and execute the product strategy for PayFi, aligned with the broader vision of Bitget Wallet as the most accessible Web3 finance platform.
Lead the product roadmap and drive cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, BD, compliance, and marketing.
Drive the launch and growth of core PayFi features, including: Crypto Credit Card (in partnership with external issuers); Spend (QR payments, e-commerce checkout); On-chain savings & yield products; On-ramp / Off-ramp infrastructure.
Explore innovative wallet-native payment experiences that bridge Web2 and Web3.
Collaborate with global payment providers, DeFi protocols, and regional partners to build a compliant, scalable financial infrastructure.
Leverage user insights, data analytics, and market trends to guide product evolution.
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on fintech, payments, wallets, or DeFi.
Proven track record of launching and scaling complex financial products.
Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, especially wallets, stablecoins, DeFi, and on/off ramps.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; Chinese is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.
