What you’ll do

Assist in formulating and executing the development plan of financial products to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Collect and organize market and user needs, assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs) and promote functional implementation.
Track product development progress, coordinate technical, design, operation and other teams to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Support operation and maintenance after product launch, collect user feedback and make optimization suggestions.
Participate in data analysis, monitor key product indicators, and assist in optimizing user experience and product performance.

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree or above, finance, economics, computer or related majors preferred.
3-5 years of product management or related experience, familiar with financial/financial products or blockchain (DeFi) industry preferred.
Understand the product development process and be able to independently write clear requirements documents.
Have basic data analysis skills, familiar with Excel, Tableau or other analysis tools.
Excellent execution and communication skills, adapt to a fast-paced cross-departmental collaboration environment.
Passionate about blockchain or cryptocurrency industry, strong learning ability.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus, able to read and write English documents.

收集并整理市场与用户需求，协助撰写产品需求文档（PRD）并推动功能实现。
跟踪产品开发进度，协调技术、设计、运营等团队，确保项目顺利推进。
支持产品上线后的运营维护，收集用户反馈并提出优化建议。
参与数据分析，监控产品关键指标，协助优化用户体验与产品性能。

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，金融、经济学、计算机或相关专业优先。
3-5年产品管理或相关经验，熟悉金融/理财产品或区块链(DeFi)行业者优先。
了解产品开发流程，能独立撰写清晰的需求文档。
具备基本的数据分析能力，熟悉Excel、Tableau或其他分析工具。
优秀的执行力与沟通能力，适应快节奏的跨部门协作环境。
对区块链或加密货币行业有热情，学习能力强。
英文和中文熟练更佳，能阅读和撰写英文文档。
