About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategically-minded Social Media Head to lead our global social presence across platforms including X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice, scaling our communities, launching new products, and setting the pace for crypto conversation.
This is a leadership role that requires strong brand instincts, go-to-market execution skills, and the ability to blend creativity with data. You’ll oversee content strategy, campaign execution, channel growth, and team development — with a deep understanding of both global audiences in the Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the global social media strategy across multiple platforms, aligning with brand goals, growth metrics, and market opportunities.
Drive content ideation, planning, and execution — from evergreen storytelling to viral, real-time campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, PR, and growth teams to support feature launches, events, partnerships, and GTM initiatives.
Monitor market trends, social chatter, and cultural moments to quickly activate relevant content and drive engagement.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates across regions and platforms.
Lead a team of social media managers and content creators across languages and time zones.
Set clear KPIs and build dashboards to track performance and optimize content strategies.
Build relationships with key industry KOLs, influencers, and community leaders.
Identify new platforms and social trends that align with our target user segments.
Requirements
5+ years of social media experience, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-facing industries (crypto, fintech, tech).
Proven experience launching multi-platform campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Strong understanding of crypto culture, memes, and community behavior on social platforms.
Deep knowledge of the content mechanics and growth levers of platforms like X, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Experience in developing brand-aligned content frameworks and GTM strategies.
Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Experience managing and mentoring content or social media teams.
Strong analytical skills — ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize results.
Highly creative, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
Bonus Points
Previous experience in a Web3 or crypto exchange/platform.
Experience scaling social media for a global brand from early stage to mass adoption.
Familiarity with performance marketing, community management, or content production workflows.
