The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Trader to join our team.

In this role, you will manage trading strategies across multiple exchanges and products, working closely with traders, researchers, and engineering teams to continuously optimize execution, improve strategy performance, and strengthen the team’s overall trading capability。

Key Responsibilities

Participate in and lead liquidity trading activities across CEX and DEX platforms, including liquidity management, quoting strategies, and risk control
Develop, optimize, and execute trading strategies based on market conditions and data analysis to improve profitability and trading performance
Track and interpret key market events as well as macro and micro market data to generate trading insights and strategy recommendations
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve trading systems and algorithmic trading tools
Monitor PnL and risk exposure, responding quickly to market volatility and major events
What We Look For

5+ years of experience in trading, market making, or quantitative trading
Deep understanding of market microstructure and liquidity dynamics
Familiarity with quantitative and algorithmic trading methodologies, with strong risk management awareness
Strong analytical skills, fast decision-making ability, and effective collaboration
Ability to remain calm and execute efficiently in highly volatile market environments
Experience at leading trading firms or financial institutions is a plus
Programming skills in Python, C++, or Matlab are a plus
