About the Role:

As a Product Designer you will be responsible for designing intuitive and scalable user experiences that support our expansion into traditional financial products. This role focuses on hands-on execution across the design lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on simplifying complex financial concepts and enabling users to confidently engage with new markets.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Translate user research findings into actionable design insights and recommendations.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs that optimize the user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Present design solutions and rationale to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and visual design skills.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
