Job Responsibilities:

Asset Operations: Research and evaluate promising crypto assets, track their market and on-chain data, and optimize liquidity for trading pairs.

Event Planning: Independently plan and execute promotional activities such as trading competitions and new coin listings to boost trading volume and user engagement.

Trend Response: Quickly identify industry trends (e.g., macro policies, meme trends) and develop related marketing campaigns and content.

Data Analysis: Monitor operational metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness and user behavior to drive strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

– Strong interest in cryptocurrency with hands-on trading experience; familiarity with major coins and market dynamics.

– Proven internet event operations experience with successful campaign planning and execution cases.

– Information sensitivity to swiftly grasp and leverage market trends.

– Exchange or blockchain project operations experience preferred.

– Strong data analysis and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
