Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), programmatic, and display
Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and CAC targets
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze campaign performance and produce weekly/monthly reports
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to improve funnel performance
Research competitors, industry benchmarks, and new ad trends
Track conversions using tools such as GA4, Pixel, MMPs, and attribution platforms
Identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization
Ensure campaigns comply with brand and platform advertising policies
Requirements
2–5 years experience in paid media / performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one of: TikTok, X, programmatic networks
Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV metrics
Experience working with analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and BI tools
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategy
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
