Job Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the establishment, optimization, and daily operation of KYC-related processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainability.
Participate in the formulation and optimization of KYC strategy solutions based on business development and regulatory requirements, and promote their implementation.
Conduct requirements assessment and project management, coordinate with product, R&D, design, compliance, and risk control teams to promote the timely and high-quality launch of KYC-related projects, and analyze KYC scenarios and user pain points based on user feedback, behavioral data, and survey results to continuously optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
Compile and improve KYC-related operational documents, process specifications, and internal training materials to ensure that all teams understand and adhere to unified standards.
Monitor KYC operational effectiveness through data analysis, identify risk points and optimization opportunities, and provide suggestions for strategy improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, any major, with preference given to candidates with a background in finance, law, or related fields.
Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
3+ years of experience in KYC operations or verification within the cryptocurrency/fintech industry, with a deep understanding of KYC strategies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Strong data analysis skills, familiar with using tools such as Excel and SQL for data analysis.
Possesses mature product thinking, capable of understanding user needs and usage scenarios through user feedback, behavioral data, and user interviews/research, and transforming these into actionable strategies and processes.
Possesses strong requirements analysis and documentation skills, able to clearly organize, break down, and summarize business requirements, and accurately communicate operational strategies to product, R&D, and design teams.
Possesses solid cross-departmental communication and project collaboration skills, capable of driving progress amidst the demands of multiple stakeholders.
