Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire user lifecycle operation, driving new user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion to increase user numbers and transaction volume.
Analyze user characteristics from different sources based on advertising channels (such as Facebook, Google, Telegram, etc.) and develop differentiated operational strategies.
Plan and execute user incentives, transactional activities, and community operations to improve user engagement and activity.
Tracking and analyzing key metrics (such as new users, active users, retention, and conversion) to continuously optimize growth strategies.
Collaborate with the advertising, marketing, and product teams to form a closed-loop growth cycle from advertising to user retention.
Requirements:
Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
At least 3 years of experience in user operations or growth; familiarity with ad placement logic is preferred.
Strong data analysis skills and results-oriented thinking; able to independently develop growth plans.
Strong execution and cross-departmental collaboration skills; passionate about user growth and ad conversion.
Bonus Points: Experience in the internet, fintech, or Web3 industries.
Familiarity with ad placement channels and their user characteristics; understanding of ad creatives and ad placement data logic.
