岗位职责：

1.根据社群阶段性目标和计划，负责运营和管理Telegram社群，实现用户的拉新和维护

2.负责社群活动的策划和执行落地，帮助实现社群活跃度提升

3.制定社区用户教育计划，发掘、维护关键用户活跃，提升用户对MEXC平台的了解程度和认可度

4.记录并分析日常运营数据，通过数据反映社群/用户行为，改进社群结构，优化运营手段

岗位要求：

1.需要有币圈社群运营经验，对社群拉新增长有比较丰富的经验

2.擅长使用各种社群活动工具

3.认真负责，学习能力强

4.具备英文的书写能力
