Blockchain Ecosystem Development Director Remote, Part Time

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Blockchain Ecosystem Development Director to join our dynamic TRON team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Ecosystem Development Director to lead initiatives that drive the growth and expansion of TRON’s blockchain ecosystem. You will spearhead strategic partnerships, guide project onboarding, and enhance community engagement to solidify TRON’s position as a leader in blockchain innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate with the Ecosystem Development Director to define and execute a comprehensive strategy for ecosystem growth.
Identify key market opportunities and develop roadmaps for expanding TRON’s blockchain network.
Partnerships and Collaborations:

Establish and nurture partnerships with blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, GameFi developers, and other key stakeholders.
Negotiate and finalize agreements to onboard high-impact projects to TRON’s ecosystem.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of ecosystem managers, ensuring alignment with TRON’s strategic goals.
Collaborate across departments, including marketing, development, and operations, to streamline project execution.
Community and KOL Engagement:

Represent TRON at industry events and conferences to promote the ecosystem.
Build strong relationships with developers, validators, and community leaders, KOL to drive active participation.
Performance Tracking:

Monitor ecosystem performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Report on the progress of partnerships, adoption rates, and community growth.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Blockchain Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in ecosystem development, business development, or strategic partnerships within the blockchain or technology industry.
Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and the Web3 landscape.
Familiarity with TRON’s ecosystem and competitive differentiation in the blockchain space.
Soft Skills:

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bilingual in both Chinese Mandarin and English
