Role & Responsibilities: –
Effectively manage and handle the Pre-sales activities.
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification.
Fixing the meeting with the concerned authorities at the client side.
Develop and manage corporate and sales presentations and sales script.
Handling queries and clarifications.
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the services as per their needs.
To facilitate smooth transition of cases from a newly acquired client.
Defining and communicating the process parameters and client expectations to Operation Team.
Ensure accurate and updated MIS Reporting.
To maintain a tracker for all the incoming leads from sales line or mail.
Renewal of contracts and Drafting Contract according to client requirements
Explain the customers – based on services.
Promoting the products.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
Fluent in English & Hindi .
Should be able to work with a Team.
Internship is also available.
